Producing and Managing live events is a constant balancing act. This can be navigated by the book or it can be done with a creative and imaginative mindset. We always look for the solution to a problem that gives a sustainable, safe and interesting outcome. Thinking and working outside the box comes naturually to us as we know it will often give the most exciting and unexpected results.
When we start the planning process for an event space, we walk through as an attendee. We imagine how they how they will feel, what routes they will take and how their experience will unfold. We curate their journey through the event recording everything they will see, hear and experience. This is then transfered to a multilayered site plan drawn to scale using industry standard Vectorworks CAD software. These plans detail all aspects of the event from safety barriers and Blue Light routes through to water points and staffing positions. They then form a key part of the Event Management Plan and become the document that all contractors work from.
