Produce and Manage

Produce and Manage

From concept to debrief, we offer a full range of event production services and can tailor this to your needs. We can produce all required documentation including Event Management Plans, Risk Assessments, CAD Site Plans, Licence Applications and more. We work with Local Authorities, Emergency Services, Public Transport Providers, Community Groups, Artists, Educators and all other stakeholders. We can provide  freelance staff from artist liaison to plant operators, whether you require a six month planning process or a site manager for a day.

Working With Artists

Artists can only create their magic if they have the time, space and resources to do so. We work collaboratively to realise their ambitions and creatively to address any limitations. We have plenty of experience working with creative practitioners from across many artforms.

Working With Organisations

We work in collaboration with arts organisations, community groups, creative practitioners and volunteers on a rich variety of events and projects. We develop, produce and manage participation and arts events by building relationships from the ground up. These events are often family focused, engaging people across all age groups and backgrounds via  creative endeavours. Every organisation involved in event planning has a voice and a way of communicating that we respect and work with.

Working With Communities

The difference made when a local community is genuinely and positively involved in the direction and curation of an event is unquantifiable. We love finding those key local people who can really inspire others to come on board and join in. This work can only be done by getting involved right in the heart of a community and showing genuine a passion for what can be created.

Working With Crew and Staff

We started at the bottom, in the mud and the rain, the sun and the wind, loading the trucks, handing out the flyers, working late. We know that live events are only made great by a tight team who appreciate each other's skills; the volunteers, the local crew, the technicians and those who put in the hours doing admin late into the night.
